Unfortunately the Community Dermatology Service has been decommissioned with immediate effect by NHS Surrey and Sussex Integrated Care Board, therefore they are no longer able to offer any further appointments.
Please be reassured that all existing referrals are being forwarded to the Dermatology Department at Conquest Hospital. You will be contacted directly by their team in due course, so there is no need to take any action at this time.
If you are currently receiving a prescription from the Community Dermatology Service, your care will also be transferred to Conquest Dermatology.
