Patients at our practice can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use the NHS App to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.
If you already use Patient Access you can continue to use it, you can use the NHS App as well.

The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.
This will allow you to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.
To use EMIS Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

You can also request to view your entire record at the surgery or have paper copies of your records. Please complete the form below with as much details as possible.
Text message reminders
We are now using MJog Messenger to send text message appointment reminders and health care information to our patients.
