Carisbrooke Surgery provides only NHS funded travel vaccinations and advice.
Please note travel vaccinations and advice may take 4-6 weeks so please give ample time prior to your departure to contact our reception team and book an appointment with our practice nurse, you will also need to complete a travel assessment questionnaire (available from reception).
Due to the pressure on our services we unfortunately cannot provide travel services with less than 2 weeks notice.
